IMB new loan policy gives the opportunity for a certain client to choose the best fit conditions. The client can choose the appropriate loan amount, credit rate and term of crediting.
Minimum amount of down payment is 5% from the property price.
The credit rate is fixed. It depends on the amount of the down payment and varies from 10% to 12,5 % in US Dollars.
As a result more Ukrainians as well as non-resident will have the opportunity to buy a new apartment.
According to the IMB's experts estimations, the establishment of new mortgage products will permit to increase the credit portfolio of the Bank at least for 30% till the end of 2 quarter.
